The A&M AP Racing GT4 brake system offers quality and innovation in motorsport, covering the demanding requirements both on the racetrack and in everyday road traffic.

What sets our brake system apart from other competitors is its ability to provide consistent and reliable braking performance under extreme stress. This allows the driver to push the vehicle to its limits without compromising safety.

Another remarkable feature of our brake system is its adaptability. It is available in various configurations, enabling drivers to tailor the brakes to their individual needs and requirements. From choosing the brake pads to the brake discs, this brake system offers a variety of options to optimize performance.

Overall, the A&M AP Racing GT4 brake system is the choice for drivers who demand the highest performance and reliability. Its outstanding features make it the preferred choice for professional athletes and enthusiasts alike.

Compatible with 17-inch wheels Our brake systems are specifically designed to be fully compatible with common 17-inch wheels.

Floating mounted discs As with most metals, steel brake discs expand significantly when heated. When heated, a disc expands radially, increasing its diameter and circumference. Single-piece discs tend to become unbalanced, which is noticeable by a "wobble" in the steering wheel. This leads to uneven wear of the brake pads and a drastic reduction in braking performance. Two-piece discs, on the other hand, compensate for the expansion of the disc when heated. The disc incorporates so-called "bobbins" that allow the disc to expand in the brake pot.

High-temperature-resistant seals without dust caps There is often the question of whether the calipers in our kits need to be serviced and overhauled frequently due to the lack of dust caps on the pistons. If you have a product specifically designed for the exceptionally high heat conditions on the racetrack, why would it require more maintenance under these conditions than brake components designed for use on the street at lower speeds and temperatures?

Piston seals are often confused with dust caps. Our calipers are equipped with special high-temperature seals designed for track use. These are the same high-temperature seals used in NASCAR, VLN, DTM, etc.

Most aftermarket calipers are designed for year-round street use and are therefore equipped with an outer dust cover. The rubber cap expands as the piston extends, and its purpose is to keep contaminants away from the piston bore. This works on the street, but we have experienced that these covers fuse after 20 minutes on the racetrack, losing their full effect. You can avoid this by switching to the Pro 5000R.

Simple brake pad change with just one bolt Simple brake pad change with only one screw. Changing the pads with the Pro5000R is very easy. The AP pad retention plate can be easily unscrewed with a 6mm Allen key.
